Fire sprinklers have been state mandated for installation in any residential dwelling and development since 2011. Prior to the mandate, FFPI had been installing systems in homes since 2005, however our experience with residential systems stretches far beyond then. When this mandate took effect, we were already prepared to handle any project to come our way. Since we’ve begun operations, we have installed thousands of custom homes, subdivisions and multi-family units.

Even though a technician certification is not required for single family home installations, all of our residential fire protection specialists are educated and certified through an almost 5-year program by the California American Fire Sprinkler Association (CAFSA) and licensed by the state of California, Office of the State Fire Marshal.
